Troubleshooting

Psyke doesn’t show up after I connected it

In the Claude desktop app, refresh or restart the app — new connectors don’t always appear in a running session. Then check your assistant’s connector settings to confirm Psyke is listed and enabled.

It says it needs authorisation, or requests fail

The connection’s sign-in has expired. Reconnect from your assistant’s connector settings and sign in to Psyke again — retrying the same request won’t fix it.

I can’t find custom connectors in ChatGPT or Perplexity

ChatGPT needs Developer mode turned on and a paid plan (Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu). Perplexity needs Pro, Max or Enterprise — and on Enterprise an admin has to enable custom connectors first.

It’s working on the wrong site

Say “switch workspace”. Psyke opens its workspace switcher, and everything after that lands in the one you pick.

Publishing was refused because of a checklist

That’s not an outage — it’s a work item. Psyke checks every page before it goes live and the list says exactly what’s wrong. Ask your assistant to fix the listed items and publish again.

My home page 404s at the bare domain

A home page published through Psyke is served at /index, not at the bare root. Always use the exact URL Psyke hands back rather than shortening it.

There’s no analytics data yet

Google Analytics and Search Console are connected in the dashboard, per workspace. After connecting, recent data is usable straight away and older months backfill over the next few minutes.

A file upload failed

Some networks block Psyke’s upload host. Your assistant will tell you the exact setting to change — follow those steps rather than retrying, because a blocked host doesn’t unblock itself.

Ask your assistant “how am I going?” — the progress panel shows the real state of your workspace, which is usually enough to see what’s missing. For anything else, get in touch with the Psyke team.
